Summer trainee, Customer Service

Your role during the summer

You will support your team and get the opportunity to deepen your own expertise in NESTE Customer Service.

As a Summer Trainee, in this role you focus on learning the ins and outs of high-standard customer service processes and managing customer accounts. Your tasks include assisting the team with daily operations, updating customer data in our CRM system, and responding to client requests by email. You work together with a supportive team of seven professionals who are ready to share their knowledge.

The best combination to succeed in this role

• You are currently studying or have studied Business Management, Communication, International Business, Social Sciences or a similar, relevant field.

• Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English

• Motivation to learn and deepen your knowledge in customer service process

• Some experience of MS Office tools

• We also value earlier work experience in an office environment, but it is not mandatory

The job is located in P. Lukšio St. 32, Vilnius, with excellent transport connections. Currently we work regularly at least three days a week at the office to ensure seamless collaboration and sense of belonging. 

Your monthly gross salary will be EUR 1153 EUR. The summer job typically takes place between May 1 and September 30, 2025.
